IT Project Coordinator

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, 63103; candidates must be from St. Louis, MO only. Remote is an option.

What you will do

• Support project managers with project schedules, work estimates, actual hours, budgets, and financial tracking.
• Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders; track equipment shipments and deliveries.
• Reconcile and validate purchase invoices and research budget variances to support timely resolution.
• Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings, document decisions, distribute minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, issues, and risks; prepare presentation materials.
• Maintain project documentation, support administrative needs, and help ensure adherence to project frameworks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or corporate support.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; potential to grow into a project manager role.
• Degree required, preferably in IT or project management.
• Experience assisting with project schedules, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and project documentation.
• Experience in a project management environment is preferred at 1–2 years.

Nice to have

• MS Project.
• IT infrastructure or data center experience.
