Manager, Security Architecture (Cloud Security)

Location: Remote in the USA or Canada

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 CAD or $160,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Define and communicate the identity and access management roadmap covering Auth0, Okta, PAM, and privilege access maturity.
• Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments, architecture design, and implementation planning across identity, network, and data domains.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and provide recommendations balancing security and business velocity.
• Manage and mentor the Principal Security Architect while providing technical and strategic direction to the architecture team.
• Collaborate with Cloud Platform, Infrastructure, and Development teams on AWS, Azure, and GCP security posture and roadmaps.
• Establish scalable architecture standards, patterns, design principles, decision records, roadmaps, and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in security architecture, enterprise security leadership, or cloud security roles.
• Demonstrated success setting technical strategy and roadmaps across identity, cloud, network, or data security.
• Deep hands-on expertise in identity and access management, including IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM, and governance platforms.
• Strong multi-cloud security experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, including hybrid and multi-cloud design.
• Ability to translate security strategy into business outcomes and communicate with technical and executive audiences.
• Experience leading and mentoring architects and senior engineers.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered; employment sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CCSK, or SABSA Chartered Architect certification.
• Experience building Zero Trust architectures at scale.
• Experience in B2B SaaS organizations scaling from startup to enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Auth0, Okta, CyberArk, or similar identity platforms.
