Senior Director, BioCatch FP&A (Cybersecurity)

Location: US - New York, NY; office setting with travel 5–10% of the time

Salary: $203,800–$326,100 USD per year, potentially including sales incentives; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to BioCatch executive leadership and advise on growth initiatives, product investments, pricing, customer opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Lead BioCatch’s FP&A integration into hirify.global’s planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, systems, and financial management processes.
• Own annual operating plans, long-range plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks covering revenue, expenses, headcount, investments, and profitability.
• Lead business reviews, monitor performance and customer metrics, and develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Evaluate investments, partnerships, expansion opportunities, ROI, payback periods, synergies, and resource allocation.
• Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team while leading executive reporting, board updates, mentoring, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or at least 5 years with a PhD.
• Experience in financial analysis, planning, and control within a large, complex organization.
• Experience preparing and presenting financial recommendations to senior leadership and communicating complex financial and operational concepts clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams and developing and implementing financial concepts and strategies.
• Experience with technical analysis of financial data and trends, operating forecasts, future requirements, acquisition activity, and investment opportunities.
• Experience using digital tools and emerging technologies for financial analysis.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 12 years with an advanced degree, or a PhD with 9+ years of experience.
• Experience in a public company, global matrixed, multifunctional, or technology-driven organization.
• Experience leading FP&A for executive management, providing decision-support analytics, and influencing outcomes through executive communication.
• Experience supporting SaaS, software, cybersecurity, fraud, risk, identity, AI, or other technology-driven businesses.
• Experience leading finance integration during acquisitions or large-scale transformations.
• Familiarity with subscription revenue, ARR, customer retention analytics, and growth-stage business economics.
