Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Onsite in Henrico, Virginia, United States

Salary: $84,000–$115,500 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and generate financial reports for business teams.
• Input journal entries and ensure charges and headcount are assigned to the correct business units.
• Aggregate actual and forecast financial data, compare forecasts, and explain changes and deviations from target metrics.
• Support quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities.
• Advise reporting entities on corporate accounting policies, U.S. GAAP, and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with corporate tax, treasury, finance departments, and regional and local finance managers; investigate costs and recommend cost-saving or profitability-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, accounting, business administration, or a related accounts-stream discipline, such as B.Com, B.C.S, M.Com, MBA, BBA, or BBM.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Henrico, Virginia.
