Project Employee, Social Content Publisher (Threads)

Location: Remote, associated with Secaucus, USA; flexible schedule may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays based on the hirify.global calendar.

Salary: $2,307.69 per biweekly pay period.

What you will do

• Publish text, video, and image content with copy, tags, and required publishing details across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, and other platforms.
• Provide real-time game coverage and schedule future content.
• Support social content planning for broadcast promotions, hirify.global App and hirify.global.com traffic, and live events.
• Review content metrics and apply platform feedback to improve performance.
• Monitor hirify.global team and player social channels for content amplification and track trends across platforms.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, including publishing workflows, platform trends, metrics, and how fans consume hirify.global content.
• Experience publishing to social media platforms for a sports brand or media organization.
• Strong knowledge of the hirify.global, its players, coaches, teams, statistics, standings, league history, basketball rules, and analytics.
• Strong editorial background in basketball and basketball culture, with experience creating basketball content.
• Strong understanding of the hirify.global's social voice.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, including meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, ability to execute feedback, and collaborative teamwork.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field is preferred.
