Warehouse Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: Romeoville, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse role. Full-time, night shift Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 p.m.–3:30 a.m.

Annual base pay: $83,125–$91,675.

What you will do

• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve immediate warehouse operational issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership while identifying warehouse productivity improvements.
• Monitor and improve fulfillment service-level metrics to support customer experience and delivery commitments.
• Support operational strategy and innovation related to revenue, performance, and profitability.
• Manage, coach, and develop Operations Supervisors and build a high-performing team.
• Establish process-improvement initiatives and optimize day-to-day operations across multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work and/or military experience.
• 5+ years of operations management experience.
• Strong administrative, organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
• Analytical ability to gather and interpret data and develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, synthesize multiple viewpoints, and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.
• Senior presence, thoughtful and articulate communication, and the ability to adapt communication for different audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
