Director, Enterprise Architecture

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $172,200–$236,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Guide architects in activating architecture principles, patterns, and standards to address business issues.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure architectures meet expected outcomes and can be technically executed.
• Facilitate architecture development with clear alignment to business goals.
• Participate in governance activities, ensuring compliance with enterprise and solution architecture standards.
• Lead the development of technical and architectural staff while implementing strategic plans aligned with segment or business strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 8 years of technical experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead on large IT projects spanning multiple enterprise systems.
• At least 10 years of experience designing, developing, and testing software applications.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Dedicated home workspace with protection for member PHI/HIPAA information.
• Home internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
