Operations Analyst (Crypto)

Location: Remote within the United States; telecommuting permitted up to 100% per week. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Annual base salary for California: $79,269–$79,469 USD, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Develop, recommend, and update policies and procedures to improve operational performance.
• Build Jira dashboards and reports for leadership analysis, including real-time performance and ticket KPI comparisons.
• Automate workflows and collaborate with DevOps on change control, efficiency, and ITIL compliance.
• Partner with Finance to report on overdue client invoices.
• Create monthly and ad-hoc management reports covering key findings, assessments, professional services KPIs, and resourcing risks.
• Track project and milestone completion to keep resources aligned with go-live timelines for acquired-company migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience recommending and creating policies and procedures to improve company performance.
• At least 2 years of experience with treasury management systems or treasury workstation software.
• At least 2 years of experience using Kantata to report on project and milestone completion.
• At least 2 years of experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualizations.
• At least 2 years of experience reporting professional services KPIs to internal executives.
• At least 2 years of Jira experience, including workflow automation, AI-tool integration, real-time performance dashboards, comparative ticket KPI analysis across regions, workflows, or clients, and collaboration with DevOps on ITIL-compliant change control.
