Talent Partner (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Canada; office locations include Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin, and Seoul.

Compensation: US$105,000–US$150,000 for eligible US states; CA$150,000–CA$195,000 in Canada; equity offered.

What you will do

• Build, own, and nurture pipelines of business talent across People, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations.
• Deliver a high-quality recruiting experience aligned with Cohere’s premium brand.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to source and engage passive candidates through creative approaches.
• Maintain market intelligence on business talent trends and the competitive landscape.
• Manage recruiting funnels, progress, and analytics in the ATS.
• Own additional high-impact talent projects as they emerge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations, including markets such as EMEA and the US.
• Proven success hiring in high-growth, high-bar environments; startup, technology, or AI experience is strongly preferred.
• Established, high-profile network in business communities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong influence and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data and analytics to guide sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive business teams.
• Strategic mindset extending beyond immediate hiring needs.
