Outcomes Analyst IV

Location: Remote within the continental United States; preference for candidates residing in Ohio.

Pay range: $87,700–$157,800 per year.

What you will do

• Design and monitor outcomes dashboards and scorecards, identify trends, and analyze program performance.
• Recommend and implement action plans based on baseline and recurring outcomes assessments.
• Develop program components and support implementation of assigned programs.
• Provide performance feedback to senior leadership and address stakeholder questions and concerns.
• Present data and recommendations to program stakeholders.
• Educate provider agencies on best practices for improving structures, processes, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
