Research Analyst

Location: Remote work may be available, but candidates must live in Lincoln, Nebraska, or the surrounding areas.

Salary: $60,000–$84,000 annually, excluding fringe benefits and potential bonuses.

What you will do

• Manage multiple deadline-driven research and reporting projects.
• Develop established, recurring, and custom customer reports using SQL, Excel, statistical analysis software, and proprietary tools.
• Analyze data, determine conclusions, and investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Communicate statistical knowledge, processes, guidelines, background, and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
• Help customers apply basic performance improvement techniques while supporting an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in social sciences, applied statistics, or another research-oriented field.
• Technical background with an analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinate with internal and external contacts, investigate data discrepancies, and contribute to strategic initiatives.
