Global CDD Business Process Analyst

What you will do

• Document current- and future-state CDD processes, procedures, workflows, systems, and controls.
• Analyze due diligence processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to efficiency, quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer experience.
• Design end-to-end test scenarios and cases, support user acceptance testing, and validate process, system, and control changes.
• Gather business requirements, support business cases and impact analyses, and assess and prioritize enhancement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, present findings and recommendations, and engage stakeholders across the organization, including leadership.
• Support rollout, business readiness, benefit tracking, post-implementation activities, and adoption of new operating procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Due Diligence, KYC, AML, or Client Onboarding functions.
• Strong business analysis and process mapping skills.
• Experience documenting business requirements and operational procedures.
• Understanding of CDD regulatory requirements and risk management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with operational teams to improve processes and controls.
