D365 CRM Technical Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Leeds city centre, United Kingdom; hybrid working with one day per week from home and client visits primarily across Yorkshire and the North of England.

Salary: £45,000–£50,000 per annum.

What you will do

• Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementations and bespoke projects for SME clients.
• Work hands-on across multiple client projects for approximately 60–70% of the time.
• Design technical solutions, manage project scope, and support project planning and management.
• Develop and deliver solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop the technical delivery team while improving delivery processes and supporting business growth.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong Power Platform development experience, including Power Automate, Model-Driven Apps, and Canvas Apps.
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Customer Insights, API integrations, and Document Core Pack.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 implementations and bespoke CRM solutions.
• Ability to lead technical design, manage project scope, and work across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience supporting or mentoring team members.
• Project management experience or willingness to develop project management skills, plus an understanding of SME client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with PCF control development.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership or team mentoring role.
