Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust applications for the Chat Platform using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Build real-time chat features with WebSockets and develop, integrate, and support SDKs for Web, iOS, and Android.
• Build and maintain integrations across enterprise channels and backend services.
• Use Dialogflow CX, GECX, and AI technologies to develop intelligent conversational flows.
• Diagnose and resolve complex full-stack issues, from backend services and WebSockets to client SDKs.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, estimation, execution, testing, build processes, operations, code reviews, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Due to contractual requirements, work authorization sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions, communicate with customers and team members by phone and in person, and complete repetitive computer-based work.

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Dialogflow CX, GECX, or AI solutions.
• Experience integrating, supporting, or consuming Web, iOS, and Android SDKs.
• Experience with system integrations, REST, HTTPS, JSON, WebSockets, and NoSQL or SQL databases.
• Experience independently troubleshooting and supporting production-grade, consumer-facing applications.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
