What you will do

• Supervise daily IT systems operations at the Technology Integrated Distribution Center alongside Corporate IT and local staff.
• Direct, support, train, and evaluate IT support employees.
• Monitor on-site IT equipment and schedule preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Respond to equipment faults and coordinate the staff needed to restore production with minimal downtime.
• Develop equipment-use procedures and best practices for distribution-center associates.
• Research equipment and service requirements and provide specifications and quotes for budget planning.

Requirements

• Leadership skills to manage and develop a team, plus interpersonal skills for working with all organizational levels.
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable purchasing agreements.
• Adaptability, initiative, creativity, organization, and the ability to switch tasks as priorities change.
• Project experience working with professional, technical, and managerial staff.
• Proficiency with IP routing and subnets, firewall and security practices, and VoIP.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including presentations and Word documents.
