Senior Technical Product Manager (Automotive HMI & Embedded)

Base salary: £75,400–£113,000 GBP gross annually.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy for hirify.global's embedded and automotive runtime, including where the product competes and where it does not.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap across customer commitments, partner programs, hardware changes, and long-term platform health.
• Present product strategies, business cases, and roadmap decisions to internal and external executives, automakers, and partners.
• Run discovery, proofs of concept, and business cases leading to go/no-go decisions for customers, partners, and features.
• Translate customer, partner, and market insights into requirements and success metrics for Engineering.
• Support pricing, partnerships, packaging, licensing, and deployment model decisions.

Requirements

• Senior product management experience setting strategy and shipping platform, SDK, runtime, or embedded software products, including defending difficult prioritization decisions.
• Strong executive and strategic communication skills, including clear written recommendations and presentations for senior leaders, customers, and partners.
• Ability to size opportunities, assess competitive and partner landscapes, and connect product decisions to business outcomes.
• Experience building relationships with automakers, Tier-1 suppliers, or major technology partners, with an understanding of their purchasing and decision-making processes.
• Working knowledge of embedded operating systems such as Android Automotive, QNX, or Embedded Linux.
• Understanding of real-time graphics and performance on constrained hardware, with enough technical credibility to make trade-offs with Engineering and engage technical customer teams.
• Professional English proficiency is required for frequent verbal and written communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.

Nice to have

• Automotive HMI experience involving instrument clusters, infotainment, ADAS visualization, or map navigation.
• Experience shipping games or interactive real-time 3D experiences, or working with real-time 3D engines.
• Prior engineering experience in embedded, graphics, or platform software.
• Experience with software licensing or usage-based commercial models.
• Experience with automotive-grade hardware and long-term in-vehicle software constraints.
