Location: Vancouver, Washington, USA, or Portland, Oregon, USA; onsite.

Salary: $71,088–$94,784 in Oregon; $74,474–$99,297 in Washington, annual base salary.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage end-to-end ISP and OSP construction projects, including buildings, road moves, network expansions, relocations, and building additions.
• Coordinate with engineers, construction supervisors, contractors, trade workers, and project managers.
• Monitor vendor work for quality and completion, conduct quality audits, and resolve project issues.
• Balance workloads across resources and provide functional management for a market.
• Serve as the field interface for engineering and construction and maintain knowledge of technical field construction standards.
• Track project progress, update relevant databases, and deliver work within quality, budget, and schedule constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 2–3 years of relevant education and experience, with 3+ years of professional experience for a fully seasoned profile.
• Knowledge of and ability to work with appropriate systems and Microsoft Office.
• Current knowledge of approved products and technology.
