Program Management Manager (Microsoft)

Location: Dallas, United States; hybrid workstyle aligned to an hirify.global office, with travel up to 50%.

Compensation range: $112,100–$225,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams with $3M–$8M budgets and teams of 10–20 resources, managing schedule, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage initiatives across Dynamics 365 ERP and CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned ISV solutions.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation components using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Establish program governance through integrated plans, RAID management, financial tracking, risk escalation, and executive-ready reporting.
• Lead organizational change management for implementations affecting 100–500+ users and support data and analytics delivery with Fabric, Power BI, and Purview.
• Build VP- and Director-level client relationships, support Microsoft co-sell, proposals and SOWs, participate in executive governance, and coach consultants and senior consultants.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in a management consulting environment.
• Proven delivery of Microsoft-based programs or workstreams with budgets of $3M+ and teams of 8+ resources.
• Solid experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned ISV solutions.
• Strong understanding of project and program governance, financial tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management activities on enterprise Microsoft implementations and engaging VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with Microsoft field teams and co-sell programs.
• Experience delivering Microsoft solutions in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft FastTrack and the Success by Design framework, including solution envisioning, implementation planning, deployment readiness, and adoption governance.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience leading Microsoft ERP or CRM modernization workstreams on Dynamics 365 or related platforms.
• Familiarity with SAFe, Scrum, and traditional waterfall delivery methods.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, and Power BI in delivery or advisory work.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI Service in client engagements.
• Business development experience, including proposal writing and SOW development.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft commercial licensing models, including EA, MCA, MPSA, and CSP.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, cross-functional collaboration, multiple-priority management, and experience developing junior team members.
• Experience with structured partner methodologies such as Microsoft Success by Design, SAP Activate, Oracle Unified Method, or Salesforce Implementation Frameworks.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or PSM, SAFe Agilist, and Prosci ADKAR. Beneficial Microsoft certifications include MB-300, PL-200, AZ-900, AI-900, and PL-900.
