Location: Boston, Massachusetts; in-person in the Boston office five days per week

Salary: $43.00 per hour for the Massachusetts market, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

What you will do

• Apply the hirify.global Core Growth team’s internal seven-step fundamental research process to U.S. equities.
• Research companies, including competitive positioning, growth drivers, industry structure, financial performance, valuation, and investment risks.
• Launch coverage on two assigned companies and develop well-supported investment views.
• Present each investment idea to the Core Growth team and participate in investment discussions.
• Work with the Portfolio Manager and four analysts on ongoing research initiatives.
• Use financial tools and research platforms to analyze data, build models, and organize insights.

Requirements

• Current MBA graduate student.
• Interest in equity investing; 1–2 years of investing experience before graduate school is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and interest in fundamental research and valuation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Comfort working collaboratively and willingness to learn from experienced investment professionals.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work in person in the Boston office five days per week.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

• Excel, Word, PowerPoint, financial modeling, FactSet, and Bloomberg.
