Summer 2027 Data/Finance Analyst Intern - Bachelor's

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; full-time onsite internship. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze historical spend and planning forecast data by part number, commodity, and supplier.
• Evaluate purchase price variance, cost, spend, and revenue from a financial perspective.
• Use Excel to summarize data by supplier, commodity, and Account Manager.
• Create summarized tables, charts, graphs, and PowerPoint slides with key takeaways.
• Communicate with Account Managers to gather input on significant cost and spend variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Management Information Systems.
• Heavy proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, automated functions, calculations, and cost-model development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including visual charts, graphs, and key takeaways.
• A GPA of 3.0 or above is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or user interfaces to various databases.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
