What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and updates to financial plans by gathering inputs and maintaining assumptions.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports, management summaries, and KPI reporting.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, and help identify drivers of material differences.
• Maintain spreadsheets, financial models, reporting templates, and dashboards for business and financial performance.
• Collect, reconcile, validate, and organize financial and operhirify.globalonal data; analyze revenue, expenses, headcount, capital expenditures, margins, and other business drivers.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operhirify.globalons, Supply Chain, Human Resources, and other stakeholders on reporting, special projects, process documenthirify.globalon, automhirify.globalon, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Currently attending an accredited institution while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administrhirify.globalon, Economics, or a related field.
• Foundhirify.globalonal understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data organizhirify.globalon, and basic financial analysis.
• Strong quantithirify.globalve, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate trends and explain variances.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling financial data and preparing reports.
• Clear written and verbal communichirify.globalon skills, strong organizhirify.globalon and time management, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners while completing defined tasks independently.
• Curiosity, initihirify.globalve, adaptability, willingness to learn new financial systems and planning tools, and discretion when handling confidential financial and business informhirify.globalon.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Interest in data visualizhirify.globalon tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning systems.
