Business Systems Analyst (Library Services)

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, United States; onsite role

Salary: $65,224–$82,466 annually

What you will do

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT to define problems, business requirements, scope, and scalable solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, process flows, and detailed functional specifications.
• Document requirements and findings using word-processing, spreadsheet, and drawing tools.
• Support QA testing and verify that deliverables meet documented requirements, best practices, and quality standards.
• Provide first-level support for performance, business logic, and data questions related to ipage and supported order formats.
• Manage IT changes and projects, monitor performance, and report on outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computing, Digital Media, or a related field, or directly related year-for-year experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or applications.
• Ability to understand current systems and processes and communicate changes using agile practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, or related software systems.
