Senior Business Analyst

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, document, and clarify business and functional requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Translate business and design needs into technical and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery artifacts.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, refinement discussions, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Analyze current-state processes, define improved future-state processes, and identify gaps, dependencies, risks, issues, and downstream impacts.
• Support an Agile product team through planning, development, testing, implementation, deployment, and production support.
• Partner with QA and business stakeholders to validate delivered solutions and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with IT-related systems or projects, including Business Analyst experience; at least 3 years in a customer-service-oriented and/or IT-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• Hands-on experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirements-analysis, business-process analysis, and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Strong facilitation and written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and deliverables in a fast-moving product environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Web and Salesforce CRM implementations, enhancements, or ongoing product delivery.
• Experience testing customer-facing web and mobile applications, including integrations between digital applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility, cross-browser, responsive-design, and mobile-device testing.
• Experience supporting testing throughout the full software development lifecycle, from refinement through production validation.
• Experience leveraging AI and generative AI tools.
