Data & Analytics Analyst (CRM & Sales Reporting)

Location: Onsite in Salt Lake City, Utah, with full office days three or more days per week; the manager sets the in-office schedule. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Regions will not provide relocation assistance, and relocation would be at the applicant's expense.

Salary: $79,222.55–$100,070.00 USD annually; the role is not incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Modify readable, valuable reports and prepare visual reports and presentations for management.
• Analyze operational, sales, pipeline, contractor engagement, and business trend data to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics with Sales Leadership, Operations, and business stakeholders.
• Support reporting automation, database creation and maintenance, data mining, quality audits, and data management.
• Serve as a resource for CRM data governance, user adoption, data integrity, and optimization of sales technology platforms.
• Partner with the centralized Data Governance team and cross-functional stakeholders on data quality and process improvements; may guide junior analysts.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, or a related field plus two years of experience in data analytics or a related role; or a bachelor's degree in one of these fields plus four years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills, work ethic, and self-motivation.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner, and applicable Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of business intelligence software such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience supporting CRM administration, sales reporting, dashboard development, and performance analytics in a sales, sales operations, or revenue operations environment.
