Educator Recruitment Associate (EdTech)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week

Salary: $52,000 USD OTE, consisting of a $46,600 base salary and $5,400 variable compensation

What you will do

• Qualify educators as they register, assess their preferences, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial phone interviews and assess suitability for open education roles.
• Match candidates with roles that fit their preferences and schools’ specific needs.
• Explain hirify.global’s mission and support for educators while encouraging timely progression.
• Guide candidates through screening, document collection, and onboarding, providing follow-up support.
• Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and adapt to a fast-paced, changing startup environment.

Requirements

• Transferable experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, education, acting or theatre, fast-paced startups, or another environment requiring quick results.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to conduct proactive daily outreach and speak with a high volume of people every day.
• Motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, manage a large educator pipeline, prioritize, switch context quickly, and remain highly organized.
• Comfort using technology, including Google Suite and AI, and willingness to adopt new tools.
• Commitment to helping educators make a difference in students’ lives.
