Program Manager IV - LTSS (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, and candidates must already be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional implementation and process-improvement programs, including restructuring and team realignment initiatives.
• Own program planning and execution across scope, schedule, budget, timelines, deliverables, and project management standards.
• Coordinate project managers and business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other functional workgroups.
• Develop executive dashboards, project status reports, analytics, steering committee materials, and executive-level communications.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, forecasts, and mitigation plans; serve as the first escalation point and escalate appropriately to leadership.
• Create and deliver best-practice and training materials in collaboration with training teams, peers, indirect reports, and other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Previous experience leading a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, or supervising staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
