SAP Forms Functional Analyst

Location: Remote, United States; U.S. citizenship required and the candidate must be able to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, customization, and support of SAP Forms, including layouts, form logic, execution, and integrations.
• Configure settlement documents, invoice-verification processes, cost calculation, cost distribution, automatic postings, and form-related revenue and cost recognition.
• Integrate SAP Forms with Transportation Management, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Extended Warehouse Management, external interfaces, and the financial system of record.
• Support cost visibility and reporting, and collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to reconcile form-related invoices.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical solutions, and manage enhancements and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues, coordinate resolution with technical and business teams, and support timely project delivery.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Federal Secret security clearance; active clearance is preferred.
• At least five years of SAP Forms management experience, including development and customization of layouts, form logic, and cross-module integrations.
• Hands-on configuration experience with SAP Forms and SAP Financial Accounting, including form settlement, cost calculation, cost distribution, settlement documents, and invoice verification.
• Experience with general-ledger account determination, cost postings, and integration among SAP Forms, Financial Accounting, Sales and Distribution, and Materials Management.
• Experience supporting end-to-end order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes, with strong logistics business-process knowledge.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and work with clients to understand their needs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to manage priorities with urgency and support on-time delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presence.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded SAP Forms in SAP S/4HANA, intercompany form billing, and revenue-recognition impacts associated with form charges.
• Familiarity with electronic data interchange or API integrations with carriers.
• Experience in federal or public-sector environments, global transportation or logistics operations, or with a federal government agency.
• Applicable DoD IAT Level I baseline certification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• SAP Forms or SAP Financial Accounting certification.
• Strong customer and vendor relationship skills, demonstrated compliance with data standards and policies, and motivation to learn new technologies and methodologies.
• Department of War experience.
