Functional Analyst (Oracle ERP Cloud, O2C)

Location: Morrisville, North Carolina, United States; hybrid working environment with in-office and/or in-person expectations.

Salary: $147,900–$220,000 USD target annual earnings, including potential commission; final compensation may vary by location, qualifications, experience, and education.

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs, configuration workbooks, business rules, and process improvements.
• Configure and test Oracle Cloud Order Management, Fulfillment, and related O2C modules.
• Prepare functional specifications for extensions, integrations, and reports, collaborating with technical teams.
• Execute SIT and UAT scenarios, support business users, and help resolve semi-routine and complex O2C issues.
• Support FBDI data conversion and migration for orders, items, customers, and pricing.
• Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, recommend feature adoption, and deliver end-user training during implementation and post-go-live support.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud from a functional and business-process perspective, including module configuration, business-rule setup, and end-to-end O2C flows.
• Functional proficiency with Functional Setup Manager, Manage Order Management Orchestration, DOO Orchestration Process Definitions, Pricing Administration, Holds Management, Fulfillment Policies, Shipping Execution, Scheduled Processes, OTBI/BI Publisher, and Application Composer/Page Composer.
• Deep understanding of O2C processes, including sales order capture and booking, orchestration, fulfillment lines and holds, DOO constraints and scheduling, shipping execution, invoicing hand-off, RMA processing, credit memos, and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in at least two Oracle ERP Cloud modules, including Order Management, Inventory Management, Pricing, Shipping/Logistics, Receivables, Global Order Promising, or Product Hub.
• At least 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations in a functional capacity.
• Understanding of Supply Chain Management implementations, Order Management and Fulfillment integrations with Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Shipping, Receivables, and downstream financial modules.
• Working knowledge of O2C FBDI data migration and conversion templates.
• Knowledge of enterprise application implementation methodology, project life cycle, O2C metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task-management, organizational, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or equivalent, and 10–15 years of related Oracle ERP functional experience focused on Order Management/O2C.
