Sr. Manager, Digital Workplace

Location: New York, United States; hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of four office days per week

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 yearly, bonus eligible

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day product management and content standards for the NBCU employee intranet, ensuring information is current, relevant, accessible, and aligned with platform requirements.
• Support governance for enterprise email, app, AI agent, and collaboration-channel communications, including tool selection, tone, ownership, access, publishing, and channel-management standards.
• Develop training, resource materials, office hours, and best practices for content owners and channel managers.
• Explore responsible uses of AI and emerging technologies to improve employee communications and integrate AI capabilities into the intranet.
• Partner with Technology teams, vendors, Communications leaders, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, support roadmaps, coordinate enhancements, and communicate platform changes.
• Interpret analytics and develop actionable recommendations for the employee communications experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, digital product management, or a related field.
• Experience managing or supporting intranets, content management systems, employee email platforms, or enterprise collaboration tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Experience developing governance standards, publishing processes, templates, training materials, or content-owner resources.
• Ability to interpret analytics and translate performance data into practical recommendations.
• Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Interest in using AI and emerging technologies to improve and transform the employee experience.
