Senior Product Manager - Digital Data

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington; required to work at the hirify.global corporate headquarters at least 4 days per week.

Salary: $142,000.00–$220,500.00 annual.

What you will do

• Define the vision, roadmap, governance, unification, and self-service strategy for digital data.
• Own instrumentation and analytics tooling strategy, including build-versus-buy, platform consolidation, and architecture decisions with engineering leadership.
• Set priorities and manage the backlog for a dedicated data engineering team, balancing near-term business needs with long-term platform health.
• Improve data quality and trust through shared metric definitions and governance from source systems through reporting.
• Present investment cases to executive leadership and align Product, Engineering, Analytics, Customer Experience, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy stakeholders.
• Shape AI-enabled use of digital data, including natural-language querying and conversational analytics, while mentoring product managers and data consumers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful experience in data, business intelligence, analytics, data science, or data platforms.
• Experience leading the direction of a data product, platform, or domain and influencing senior leaders on complex data and technical tradeoffs.
• Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Quantum Metric, and with collecting and modeling clickstream data in a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations and device- and browser-level tracking restrictions affecting data collection and measurement.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and patterns, including GCP/BigQuery, Looker, dbt, and medallion architecture, with sufficient knowledge to evaluate tradeoffs.
• Experience with data management, governance, quality monitoring, and self-service enablement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting investment cases and building alignment across a large, matrixed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Hands-on data modeling experience, including dimensional modeling or schema design.
• Experience scoping or shipping conversational analytics or other AI-powered analytics products built on governed data.
• Experience working in an AI-native way, using agents to research, test assumptions, and prototype solutions.
