Sr. Product Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Diego or Los Angeles, California, United States

Salary: $154,800–$232,200 USD base pay annually

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, market opportunities, and customer-focused priorities for commerce and monetization products.
• Lead competitive analysis, market research, user research, and customer journey measurement.
• Manage stakeholder commitments and align business, technical, finance, legal, tax, and compliance needs.
• Partner with design and engineering teams to build scalable commerce experiences across PS5, PS4, Web, PlayStation App, and PlayStation Portal.
• Support go-to-market planning and communicate product usage and value in the market.
• Establish lifecycle measurement frameworks and use data to evaluate product success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Required experience managing e-commerce products and understanding pricing, offers, cart, order, checkout, payments, and post-purchase journeys.
• Experience developing long-term, multi-year product strategies and roadmaps.
• Technical acumen for close collaboration with UX design and engineering teams.
• Strong presentation, analytical, strategic, collaborative, and stakeholder-management skills.
