Item Specialist

Location: Beloit, WI, United States; applicants must be living in and authorized to work in the US. International relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and control the lifecycle of item data in hirify.global systems according to Item Data Management processes.
• Collaborate with business professionals to support efficient end-to-end process cycle times.
• Monitor item data quality and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to new item data concepts and strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or relevant equivalent experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Customer-oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Analytical, improvement-driven, and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to use technical documentation.
• Experience with PDM/PLM, Infor LN or other engineering or ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with or knowledge of master data management.
• Knowledge of hirify.global or technical products.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
