Implementation Consultant (ERP)

What you will do

• Act as the primary representative and go-to resource for new customers implementing ECI software.
• Lead customer sessions to identify business initiatives, current-system gaps, process requirements, and reporting or data analytics needs.
• Implement software according to agreed timelines, budgets, scope, delivery plans, and implementation methodology.
• Gather requirements, review processes, design and configure systems, define new processes, and engineer solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Coordinate pre-implementation testing, concept validation, user acceptance testing, data migration recommendations, go-live tasks, and post-go-live consulting.
• Track project and time administration and identify and manage issues or escalations with the team lead or project manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree; preferred focus in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation or consultation.
• Strong ERP product knowledge; ERP experience is preferred.
• Understanding of common business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical expertise by telephone and in person.
• Excellent presentation and written and oral communication skills for presenting information to customer stakeholders at all levels.
• HB (Higher Vocational Education) degree, preferably in technical business administration or business informatics.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree.
• ERP experience.
