Oracle E-Business P2P Functional Consultant (Oracle EBS)

Location: Hybrid in Dublin or Cork, Ireland, with occasional travel to the nearest base office. Eligibility for Irish security clearance is required.

What you will do

• Lead workshops with business users and stakeholders to understand procurement and supply chain processes.
• Analyze Procure-to-Pay workflows, map requirements to Oracle EBS 12.2 functionality, and drive process redesign and continuous improvement.
• Develop functional solutions across Oracle Procurement and P2P modules, including process maps, solution designs, gap analyses, and ERP landscape documentation.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, training, knowledge transfer, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, solution options, risks, dependencies, and business change.

Requirements

• Strong Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay functional consulting experience, including Oracle Purchasing, Procurement, Self-Service Procurement (iProcurement), Inventory, and wider P2P processes.
• At least 7 years of Oracle consulting experience.
• Experience delivering at least two Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Strong workshop facilitation, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience producing process maps, solution designs, and gap analysis documentation.
• Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting testing, training, and business change activities.
• Eligibility for Irish security clearance.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Oracle Financials modules and their integration with P2P processes.
• Experience with BI Publisher and OBIEE reporting solutions.
• Oracle certifications.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or similar project delivery certification.
• Experience in Local Government, Central Government, or the wider Public Sector.
• Experience working on large, complex transformation programmes.
