Technical Implementation Consultant (ERP Integrations)

Location: Mexico City; hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the office for candidates within reasonable commuting distance.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end technical configuration of hirify.global Connectors, APIs, and custom Web Services.
• Integrate hirify.global products with customer ERP systems and third-party applications while maintaining data integrity and process automation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues involving APIs, data feeds, and system connectivity.
• Provide technical guidance to customers, facilitate implementation meetings and presentations, and document customer interactions.
• Review integration guides, API specifications, data mapping documents, and configuration details.
• Improve integration methodologies, provide API and Connector feedback to the Product team, and follow implementation and documentation standards.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in a technical implementation or integration role.
• Strong understanding of system integration with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced understanding of technical implementation principles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage complex technical implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
