Developer Programs Lead (Cloud Infrastructure)

hirify.global is building a developer-first cloud platform for AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications with persistent compute, autoscaling, orchestration, and observability.

What you will do

• Set the strategy and goals for social, developer community, developer programs, and developer brand.
• Build and lead the function, deciding what to develop internally, what to assign to agencies or contractors, and when to hire.
• Own hirify.global’s presence on X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, and other developer communities, including posts, conversations, AMAs, livestreams, and events.
• Build programs involving developer creators, ambassadors, referrals, speaking, and employee advocacy.
• Define and document hirify.global’s developer voice and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering on launches and external narrative.
• Report results to Developer Experience and Marketing leadership, bring developer feedback to Product and Engineering, and manage public issues such as outages, pricing changes, and criticism.

Requirements

• 7+ years across social, community, developer marketing, or brand, including experience building or leading a function at a growing company.
• Experience hiring and leading a team or building an early-stage function with a clear hiring plan.
• Recent hands-on ownership of company social channels, with accounts managed and copy written available to show.
• Experience building a developer community or program with explainable results.
• Experience shaping a brand voice and demonstrating how it changed company communications.
• Fluency with developer audiences and enough technical comfort to write accurately about infrastructure, with judgment to verify details with engineers.
• Ability to work without a playbook and with little direction across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
• Steady judgment when handling public problems.

Nice to have

• Experience at a developer tools, cloud, or infrastructure company.
• Experience running a creator, influencer, or ambassador program.
• An active personal presence on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or another platform used by developers.
• Comfort on camera or behind a microphone.
