Consultant, Business System Analysis

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; full-time on-site work is required for successful performance, with a hybrid arrangement of 1–3 days per week on-site and the remaining days remote.

What you will do

• Lead complex projects that design strategic solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap.
• Support end-to-end project implementation as a business and technology subject matter expert.
• Gather and document complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions with business partners.
• Prepare and validate solution design documents covering scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.
• Guide diverse technology and project professionals while helping resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a BSA role in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid or delivery-focused environments, preferably in banking, payments, financial services, or a financial institution.
• Experience with test management tools and platforms, including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, SQL, MS Office, AI-enabled productivity tools, and collaboration and analysis technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a technical discipline.
• Strong business requirements analysis, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, process design, operational efficiency, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to build relationships, facilitate discussions, ask effective questions, and collaborate with diverse partners.
• Must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.
