Sr. Technical GTM Enablement Specialist

What you will do

• Create and maintain technical guides, architecture diagrams, solution briefs, whitepapers, battlecards, and deployment materials for internal and external audiences.
• Build and deliver technical training and workshops for Global hirify.global Solution Architects in collaboration with Product and Product Marketing.
• Align enablement materials with product releases by working with Product Managers and Engineering, testing early feature builds, and completing technical content before release.
• Develop production-ready reference architectures, Terraform configurations, API scripts, interactive sandbox environments, demo scripts, and lab guides connecting Compute, Network, and Storage.
• Own the technical source of truth for complex content requests from GTM leadership and field teams, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Turn deal insights and win/loss data into GTM strategy and product feature requests for Engineering and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Strategist in networking, storage, and bare-metal platforms.
• Strong attention to technical accuracy, clean layout, and clear formatting in diagrams, whitepapers, and lab guides.
• Proven experience using Figma, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or equivalent tools to create clear, customer-facing technical diagrams.
• Deep knowledge of networking fundamentals, including BGP, IP routing, and firewalls, as well as bare-metal server infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, infrastructure automation using Terraform or Ansible, and live lab environments.
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into direct, plain language for sellers and enterprise buyers.
• Experience creating detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
