Senior SAP FICO Functional Analyst

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid workplace with in-person and remote work

What you will do

• Analyze business needs and configure, support, maintain, and enhance SAP FI/CO solutions focused on finance and product costing.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with business units, developers, architects, production support, and related SAP functional teams.
• Create test scenarios, execute test cases, and validate solution integrity before business user acceptance testing.
• Lead workshops and requirements sessions and contribute to full-lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Participate in functional and technical solution reviews, communicate recommendations, coordinate production implementation, and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

• Senior-level expertise in SAP FI/CO functional analysis, including finance and product costing processes.
• Experience analyzing business needs, configuring solutions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving integration problems from an end-user and business perspective.
• Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, production support, and SAP project delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with SAP MM, SAP PM, SAP SD, SAP PP, and Data & Analytics teams.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English are required; English bilingual communication is required for regular interaction with customers, partners, and American subsidiaries.
