Salary: $100,000.00–$200,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Support an industry-focused investment banking team with a high level of responsibility.
• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts, valuations, and financial models.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and support the prioritization and closing of strategically or financially significant deals.
• Prepare documents related to public stock issuance and develop highly visible business materials.
• Perform strategic and tactical financial, economic, accounting, valuation, and NPV analyses.
• Analyze data and trends, manage project effort and finances, and support decision-making within budget.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of general experience.
• Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Completed bachelor's degree in Finance.
• Ability to make authoritative recommendations with short- and long-term business impact.
• Ability to develop financial and economic models for planning or monitoring purposes.
• Ability to analyze collected data, identify trends, prepare reports, and perform mathematical operations using numerical concepts.
