Recruiter (Legaltech)

Location: On-site in New York, United States

Salary: $140K–$200K annually, plus equity, commission, and bonus.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered legal operations platform for in-house legal teams, consolidating requests, workflows, AI-assisted routine work, and human legal judgment in one system.

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality legal engineers each quarter through a robust, fair, and fast recruiting process.
• Map legal talent across law firms, in-house teams, legal operations, and legal technology, and build pipelines before roles open.
• Assess legal judgment, comfort with AI and data, and the ability to work with customers and engineers.
• Partner with stakeholders to adapt hiring archetypes as the market changes.
• Report on recruiting funnel performance weekly and improve the process based on data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including some legal hiring exposure.
• Ability to quickly understand new roles or domains and establish credibility as a knowledgeable voice.
• Quantifiable record of hiring outcomes, including hires per quarter, offer acceptance, and hire performance.
• Most recent hires were sourced directly by you.
• Fluency with Ashby or a similar ATS and real-world use of AI in your own workflow.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring for a legal technology or AI company.
• Experience hiring hybrid roles combining a profession with product or engineering.
• Legal background.
