SAP Sales & Distribution Functional Analyst (SAP SD)

Location: Remote from any city in the United Kingdom; candidates must be sole UK nationals and must have lived and worked continuously in the UK for the past five years. Occasional travel to client sites and occasional work outside standard hours, including weekends, may be required.

What you will do

• Work with business users to understand requirements, challenges, and day-to-day processes.
• Identify practical SAP SD solutions and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Map current processes and design improved AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Configure SAP, troubleshoot SD issues, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Create and execute test scenarios, support changes, and provide user training and guidance.
• Contribute to SAP projects, enhancements, process improvements, and wider Logistics initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Experience in business analysis, business solutions, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can support and improve them.
• Experience supporting users through business process changes or improvements.
• Experience working with business and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, listening, questioning, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating and executing test scenarios.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and broaden SAP knowledge.
• Security clearance eligibility requires sole UK nationality and five years of continuous residence and employment in the UK; dual nationals cannot be considered.

Nice to have

• SAP certification, or willingness to work towards certification.
• Degree or equivalent experience.
