Portfolio Manager (AI/ERP)

Location: Remote across the US, with priority for candidates in Denver, CO.

Salary: $180K–$260K annually, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across upper mid-market and enterprise client portfolios, owning team output, client outcomes, and individual development.
• Stay hands-on across discovery, product design, implementation, configuration, UAT, training, go-live, and post-sales support.
• Manage complex client relationships and conduct cross-functional deep dives into operational and financial workflows.
• Translate process flows into hirify.global platform designs and configurations while partnering on integrations and data migrations.
• Drive new product capabilities, best practices, process improvements, and AI-forward automation across the product and customer lifecycle.
• Coach team members on client management, problem-solving, delivery quality, and professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management, including experience as a people manager with direct reports.
• Experience managing a team through an ERP implementation, including scoping, configuration, data migration, and go-live; leadership of other complex B2B software implementations or professional services delivery teams may also be considered.
• Ability to analyze interconnected people, process, and technology systems and teach others to do the same.
• Player-coach mentality with hands-on involvement in delivery rather than exclusively delegated management.
• Experience thriving in high-pressure environments such as startups, consulting, or finance.
• Ability to understand complex engineering and logic problems from first principles and break them down for the team.
• Strong ability to synthesize information and make sound decisions under ambiguity.
• Strong analytical mindset.
