Product Manager (Global Credit Trading & Operations)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$200,000 per year, plus benefits and possible annual discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the technology vision and roadmap for the Global Credit Portfolio Management Domain.
• Translate strategy across Private Credit, Asset Backed Financing, Real Assets, and Cross-Platform funds into actionable initiatives.
• Lead Agile delivery teams, oversee requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, production needs, and end-to-end execution.
• Drive product adoption, change management, process standardization, simplification, and automation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, technology leads, Enterprise Data, adjacent product managers, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and delivery.
• Manage vendors, resource planning, buy-versus-build assessments, governance, business cases, executive communications, and delivery risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a concentration in accounting, finance, or a relevant business field is strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant technical experience required.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within financial services preferred.
• Expertise in Private Credit, including Direct Lending and Opportunistic Credit, Asset Backed Financing, Real Assets, and Cross-Platform funds preferred.
• Demonstrated success engaging senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities, building consensus, and influencing outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Familiarity with portfolio management platforms, order management systems, and the technology development lifecycle strongly preferred.
• Experience managing technology vendors and technology teams.
• Ability to define and communicate product vision, write requirements, document business processes, simplify complex concepts, and drive execution.
• Strong accountability, ownership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
