Manager, Product Management - Global Program Enablement (Fintech)

Location: US - Foster City, CA; hybrid with at least 3 days in the office. The role requires 5–10% travel and is performed in an office setting.

Salary: $156,800–$251,100 USD per year; may include sales incentives, bonus, and equity.

What you will do

• Lead reviews of program enrollments for stablecoin, crypto, and cross-border issuance programs.
• Assess program structures, funding and operating models, customer journeys, partner ecosystems, transaction flows, AML and sanctions frameworks, KYC and transaction monitoring, and cross-border expansion plans.
• Help define and execute the roadmap for program modernization and operational transformation.
• Improve client onboarding, submission tools, review frameworks, approval workflows, automation, and review methodologies, including the use of AI to improve submission quality and reduce review cycle times.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve program throughput.
• Coordinate Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regional Product, Account Executive, Operations, and external client stakeholders; prepare executive communications, reporting, recommendations, and client guidance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced Degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit products, payment technology, and emerging fintech solutions.
• Technical fluency and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, global organization with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen, including performance tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in AI tools and AI-enabled workflows for information analysis, productivity, and product and process decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt.

Nice to have

• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 4 or more years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, payments, credit products, or financial services.
• Experience with stablecoin products.
• Experience in P&L management or financial performance measurement.
