3PL Manager

Location: London Warehouse (Kentish Town), United Kingdom; based at the site

What you will do

• Own day-to-day relationships and performance management for London-based third-party logistics providers.
• Lead performance reviews, track corrective actions, escalate unresolved issues, and keep partners informed about software and process changes.
• Review workload forecasts and agree plans covering people, vans, chargers, and 3PL capacity.
• Contribute to annual planning and monthly capacity forecasting with the central operations team.
• Audit 3PL locations against health and safety standards and follow corrective actions through completion.
• Review invoices, apply agreed penalties or bonuses, and onboard and train new 3PL partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, operations, mobility, or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience working with 3PL partners or managing suppliers.
• Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management skills and end-to-end ownership.
• Experience tracking, interpreting, and reporting on KPIs.
• Curiosity about new technology and AI, with confidence using digital tools to streamline daily work.
• A Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
