Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Manufacturing)

Manufacturing company operating a site with procurement, materials, operations, engineering, finance, quality, and legal functions.

What you will do

• Manage site-wide supplier contracts and commercial agreements, including reviews, renewal tracking, commercial obligations, and contract records.
• Review quotations, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, support supply and service agreements, and deliver value while managing commercial risk.
• Coordinate Supply Chain Review Board documentation, records, decisions, and change approvals.
• Administer NDAs end to end, including preparation, routing for review and signature, registers, document repositories, and executed agreement control.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Support supplier performance monitoring, audits, risk management, sourcing, continuity of supply, compliance, and cross-functional procurement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a similar business profession.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts and supplier relationships, and handling purchase orders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities.
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV, SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management techniques.

Nice to have

• CIPS qualification.
• Semiconductor experience.
