Founding Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City, USA; relocation support is available to move to NYC.

Compensation: $180K–$250K annually plus above-market equity.

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and account health for key clients.
• Provide hands-on, white-glove customer success and intervene directly when needed.
• Advise customers on advertising and performance marketing strategy before important brand moments.
• Explain how AI systems optimize customer ad accounts and help customers achieve stronger outcomes.
• Use AI to automate manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Champion customer obsession, operational excellence, and customer success across the team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting or another high-performance environment, with hands-on experience in advertising and/or performance marketing.
• Demonstrated unusually strong ability and pace through previous experience.
• Exceptional organization, bias to action, and comfort working in ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with warmth and competence.
• Quantitative aptitude and strong comfort with SQL and data analysis.
• AI-native approach, including using AI to create leverage in personal workflows, and strong comfort with data.
• Strong attention to detail and deep commitment to delivering customer value.
• Interest in making digital advertising more efficient and understanding its impact on global commerce.
