Deployment Strategist for National Security (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and a home base in the DC metro area (DC, MD, or VA). Work is conducted during US business hours, with occasional customer travel of a few short trips per quarter.

Salary: $118,000–$170,000 US base salary plus variable compensation; equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of U.S. defense and intelligence accounts from onboarding and training through adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor by explaining complex technical and investigative concepts and building success plans, engagement cadences, and value stories.
• Deliver demonstrations and structured training tailored to analysts, operators, and agency leadership.
• Monitor usage and engagement, identify churn risks, and partner with Account Directors on expansion opportunities.
• Translate national security investigative priorities into feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Respond to urgent customer-blocking issues during approximately one weekend of on-call coverage per month after ramp.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required; TRM does not sponsor clearances.
• Home base in the DC metro area (DC, MD, or VA) is required.
• Customer success, deployment strategy, or other post-sales experience with U.S. government accounts.
• Experience driving adoption, renewal, and expansion, and training both leadership and hands-on users.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including building and using AI workflows beyond basic summarization while recognizing where human judgment remains essential.
• Availability during US business hours with overlap for internal syncs and customer coverage.
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer visits, trainings, and conferences.

• Hands-on intelligence, blockchain analysis, or investigative experience embedded in the U.S. government.
