Senior C++ Software Engineer (Windows)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; hybrid work model with up to three days per week in the office and the remaining days remotely.

What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance C++ applications while maintaining code quality and system stability.
• Perform advanced crash dump analysis and investigate and resolve BSOD issues.
• Develop and maintain secure authentication implementations using Windows security protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve critical technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers in system-level programming and troubleshooting methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience with demonstrated senior-level expertise.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows internals and system architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with WinDbg for crash dump analysis, including strong understanding of x64 architecture and extensive experience with the Win32 API.
• Ability to analyze and resolve BSOD issues.
• Deep knowledge of Windows Authentication Architecture, including SSPI, Kerberos protocol implementation, LDAP protocol, and directory services.
• Extensive experience with RPC and DCOM.
• Strong understanding of memory management, thread synchronization, and system resource optimization.
